Erica McGinnis, LCSW, brings over 15 years of experience in clinical social work, including extensive work in private practice, which she continues to this day. She works with adults and has broad experience supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health diagnoses and concerns. In addition to her clinical work, Erica is a trained mediator and serves as a coach facilitator in collaborative divorce, helping individuals and families navigate complex transitions with clarity and care. She is especially skilled at supporting people through difficult life transitions and challenging family dynamics, offering thoughtful guidance, coordination, and advocacy during times of change.

When not working, Erica enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband, two young adult children, and their dog. A native Floridian, she loves being outdoors, traveling to the beach whenever possible, prioritizing fitness, and playing tennis.
