Founded by Maria and Steve Miskovic, Care Choice is a licensed clinical social work practice specializing in aging issues, Alzheimer's and related dementias, mental and behavioral health, adult disability, Medicaid assistance, and life transitions. The team brings over 350 years of combined experience and is one of the largest care management practices in the Midwest.
