Jessica Gamlin is a St. Louis native and a licensed Residential Care and Assisted Living Administrator with more than 20 years of experience serving older adults. She holds master’s degrees in Gerontology and Healthcare Administration from the University of Southern California and has dedicated her career to helping seniors maintain independence, navigate complex care decisions, and achieve the highest possible quality of life.

Jessica began her career with Brookdale as Resident Services Director before advancing to Area Manager for Brookdale at Home. She later completed administrator training across several respected senior living communities, including McKnight Place Assisted Living, McKnight Place Extended Care, The Gatesworth at One McKnight, and Parc Provence Memory Care, gaining extensive experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and healthcare operations.

Before joining Care Choice Care Management, Jessica served as Director of Health and Wholeness for the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Carondelet. In that role, she led an 11-person team providing personalized support to more than 300 sisters aging in place across the United States and internationally, helping each individual remain safely and comfortably in the place they called home.

As a licensed long-term care administrator, Jessica is uniquely qualified to provide comprehensive assessments, develop personalized care strategies, and guide families through the many decisions that accompany aging. Her compassionate, client-centered approach empowers seniors to make informed choices while honoring their individual preferences, goals, and independence.
